Mr. Jesse James Rainey was born June 1, 1948, in Atlanta, Georgia to Charlie Rainey and Ruby Thompson Rainey. He passed October 12, 2021. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Bible Way Ministries located at 894 Constitution Road, SE, Atlanta, Georgia 30315, Dr. Monte E. Norwood, Pastor.
