NELLIE JEAN JOHNSON GWYNN SPRINGS August 19, 1942-December 16, 2022 God smiled, the Holy Spirit began to whisper endearing words, the Angels chanted with melodious joy, and Jesus Christ warmly embraced, His Dear Precious Beautiful Child on December 16, 2022. Nellie's progeny of five children are, Ingrid Elise Springs, Lorri Elete Springs, Roslyn Evete Astrop, Jay D-Von Springs and Jay A-Jon Springs, whom graced the Universe with eighteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Always tastefully and impeccably attired, both spiritually and physically, her terrestrial journey was shared with Jay Francis Springs, while Nellie endeavored to make the Earthly sphere a better place, as a Wife, Mother, Aide to Atlanta City Council, Merchandise Information Specialist, Co-Owner of "WE ARE LIAISONS", President of The South Atlanta Civic League, NPU-Y Secretary, a member of the Atlanta Federal Penitentiary Community Relations Board, and as an agent of change, during her traverse on this planet.
