Zsa Zsa Yvonne Smith, 65, peacefully passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at her home in Rex, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kirven and Earleen Cauthen Smith; son, Gerald Clay, Jr.; brothers Van and Frank Smith and sister Sylvia Smith. She is survived by her partner, Charles Black; daughter, Shajan Clay; sons, Imannu Clay and Derrick Black, Sr.; grandchildren, Brandon Parish, Jai Brion Springs, Imani Echols, Kiara Long, Derrick Black, Jr., Dalyn, Dylan and Jaleena Black, and Kaceon Dallas; sisters Virna and Barbara Smith; and brothers Alginoon and Vincent (Rosalyn) Smith and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends. The viewing will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023 from 4-7pm at Goolsby Mortuary at 1375 Jonesboro Rd., SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. Funeral service to follow on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 11am at Brown Avenue Baptist Church at 1481 Jonesboro Rd., SE, Atlanta, GA 30315.
